Unhappy with your item? SCB will take it off your hands as long as it is not worn or washed and is in its original condition. Items that smell of smoke, have any stains or animal hair present, or has damage to it, will not be accepted by SCB. In the case that a return is unaccepted, we will contact you to make arrangements for them to be returned to you. SCB is not responsible for shipping costs to return an item to you or back to SCB.
Notifications of returns need to be received within 3 business days of your receipt. You can do this by contacting a member of our team at ShopSweetCaroline@gmail.com. Returns are accepted if received back to SCB within 14 days of your delivery date and in their original condition. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
All returns and exchanges are processed on Friday's. An email will be sent to you advising you of the status of your return and will provide you with any information in regards to a refund or new shipment information. Refunds are provided, upon request, in the same method payment was received. Generally, they take 3-4 business days to be placed back into your account. Shipping on the initial order is non-refundable, unless there was an error on our part and you are responsible for shipping the item back to SCB. However, we ship the exchanged item out to you at no cost. A store credit will be provided for those who do not request a refund. Store credits expire 6 months from the date they are issued.
